HenBen Gallery gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Our online ordering is available to our domestic and international customers 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. 

There is a flat shipping rate of $19,95 USD per package (up to 3 paintings per package) to over 135 countries!  For customers who live in the United States and its territories, please see our FAQ page for shipping costs.

*PLEASE NOTE:  Although HenBen Gallery offers stretched oil paintings and Professional Stretching Services, all international orders are delivered unstretched and rolled in a tube.  See 'The Fine Print' below for more information on international shipping.

If you would like your oil painting(s) stretched and delivered ready-to-hang, please follow the instructions listed below, as size restrictions and shipping rates may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

How to order:

• Download our International Ordering Form.
• Complete the Shipping Address, Product information, and Price.  Don't forget to include our Professional Stretching Service, if the product is listed as unstretched.
• Email the completed form to international_orders@HenBenGallery.com, or fax the completed form to 1-877-4-HENBEN (this fax number may not work for some international customers).
• Your product(s) will be made unavailable to other customers.
• HenBen Gallery staff will research any restrictions your country may have regarding package sizes, along with the best shipping cost to your country.
• You will receive an email describing any size restrictions and the shipping costs.
• You have 24-hours to complete the 'Payment Information' section of the order form and return it to international_orders@HenBenGallery.com.
• After 24-hours, your order will be canceled, the product(s) returned to our inventory, and you will be notified via email that your order was not processed.
  

• Your package(s) may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
• The recipient is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
• Be aware that cross border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
• The above terms also apply to any replacement product we might ship if there is a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt. Return / Refund instructions can be found on our FAQ/Policies page.
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient - HenBen Gallery has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
