A: Both, actually. It is an original, in that every stroke was hand painted by one of our talented artist - it is not a canvas transfer or artist-enhanced. It is a reproduction, in that the artwork is a replica of either a famous or fine piece of art.

A: You can view the status of your order by going to the Customer Service page and entering your confirmation number.

A: HenBen Gallery offers gift certificates that can be redeemed at HenBenGallery.com. A unique promotion code will be required in order to redeem gift certificates online. Once we process your order, the gift certificate along with the unique code will be shipped to the "ship to" address that you provide. If the face value of the gift certificate is not entirely used, a store credit will be issued for the remainder of the gift certificate. This will be applied on their next purchase.
To redeem the gift certificate, simply enter the unique promotion code found on the gift certificate during checkout.
Gift certificates are available in denominations of $5, $10, $25, $50, and $100. They remain valid for one year from the purchase date.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.

A: The product picture is an actual photo of the reproduction oil painting you will receive. Please note that some color variances may be due to your specific computer monitor or other internet viewing devices. Occasionally, you will note a glare, but rest assured that the actual reproduction oil painting is more beautiful and more vibrant than depicted. Be sure to email us at service@henbengallery.com with any questions you may have!

A: We do not offer paintings that we do not already have in our inventory. And we will not offer multiple quantities of a particular reproduction oil painting. What you see is what you get in our catalog. Because these are hand-painted pieces of art, every one of them is slightly different. To ensure satisfaction, we have chosen to offer these as a 'one of a kind', so once a painting is purchased, it is gone - we may have a similar painting in our inventory, but it will never be exact! Paintings that have been purchased will not be available in the product list. However, there may be times when two customers attempt to purchase the same reproduction oil painting at the same time. We will notify you if an item is out-of-stock and inadvertently added to your order.
*Please note that placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order when you complete the order and receive email confirmation that we've received your order.

A: No. Once an order is submitted, it can only be modified by HenBen Gallery personnel. Please call us immediately at 1-877-4-HENBEN toll free, or international customers can call +1 9139804424 to request a change. If the order has entered the shipping process, no modifications can be made.

A: HenBen Gallery accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, HenBen Gallery Gift Certificates. Checks, money orders, traveler's checks, or cashier's checks must be made payable to "HenBen Gallery", denominated in U.S. dollars, and drawn on a U.S. bank - no exceptions! Print a copy of your invoice and attach it to your check to ensure accuracy in processing your order.
We will hold your order pending receipt of your payment for up to five [5] days. After that time, your order will be canceled, the product placed back into our inventory, and you will be notified via email that your order was not processed. Your reproduction oil painting will be shipped when all monies have cleared.
HenBen Gallery does not currently accept international wire transfers.

A: We require that all purchases within the United States are done directly online. This keeps our costs down, which are reflected in our low, low prices! Online ordering is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. If you are paying by check or money order, you must place your order online before mailing us your payment. Make checks payable to 'HenBen Gallery'. Print a copy of your invoice and attach it to your check to ensure accuracy in processing your order.

Any orders shipped outside the United States can be ordered online, but please note that reproduction oil paintings shipped internationally will be delivered to you unstretched and rolled in a tube. If you would like your painting stretched, you must order using our downloadable International Order Form (please see our International Orders page), as size restrictions and shipping costs vary per country/location.

A: All Kansas orders will be charged a 7.4% sales tax.

A: We can safely ship three [3] reproduction oil paintings, either stretched or unstretched, together in one package.
- For customers who live within the contiguous continental United States, shipping costs are $8.95 per package (up to 3 paintings).
- For customers who are residents of Hawaii and Alaska, shipping costs are $17.90 per package (up to 3 paintings).
- For customers who live in territories of the United States, shipping costs are $17.90 per package (up to 3 paintings).
- For all orders outside of the United States and its territories, shipping costs are $19.95 per package (up to 3 paintings). Please Note: All international orders will be delivered unstretched and rolled in a tube. If you would like your reproduction oil painting(s) stretched, we require you to use our International Order Form found under the International Orders tab at the top of this page. The shipping cost for stretched paintings will be calculated on a per order basis, as size restrictions and shipping costs vary per delivery location.

A: We strive to ship your order within 2 business days. Once we offer frames in our inventory, framed art will be shipped within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email advising you of the shipping date, along with a tracking number, so that you can track the progress of your package! International orders can be tracked up until it reaches the destination country's Customs Office.

A: Make sure you get your stuff! Incorrectly entered addresses may unnecessarily delay shipment. HenBen Gallery is not responsible for typographical errors supplied by the customer. Be sure to check all information for accuracy.

Please Note: All reproduction oil paintings shipped outside of the United States and its territories will be delivered to the customer unstretched and rolled in a tube. If you would like to have the oil painting(s) stretched and ready-to-hang, we require our international customers to complete our International Order Form. - HenBen Gallery has taken measures to ensure that shopping at HenBen Gallery.com is a safe and enjoyable experience for our valued customers. We use Secure Sockets Layering (SSL) to encrypt your personal credit information, including your credit card number, before it travels over the Internet. SSL technology is the industry standard for secure online transactions. Because we use SSL, placing an order online is just as safe as giving your credit card number over the telephone.
- The SSL protocol has become the universal standard on the Web for authenticating sites and for encrypting communications between users and Web servers. With SSL, all information is encrypted by the sending software and decrypted by the receiving software, protecting private information from interception over the Internet.

A: Satisfaction Guaranteed! In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the artwork, you must email us at returns@HenBenGallery.com within 5 days of receipt for a refund authorization. There is a $10 restocking fee per painting returned. Customers are responsible for the return shipping and must be returned in the same condition to qualify for a refund. Unauthorized returns will not be processed, and will be returned to the customer.

A: You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time to verify the painting and its condition, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. You will be notified via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that international orders may take a bit longer, due to the shipping times.
